3. Account RegistrationYou are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
4. Use of the ServiceYou agree not to misuse our platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:Uploading content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or violates third-party rights;Attempting to access unauthorized areas of the platform;Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the platform's source code.
5. Intellectual PropertyAll intellectual property rights related to ClipCrafter and its underlying technologies remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors.
6. Content OwnershipYou retain all ownership rights to the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and process your files for the purpose of providing the Services.
7. SecurityClipCrafter uses best practices to ensure secure content storage and delivery (e.g., AWS S3, signed CloudFront URLs). However, you acknowledge that no internet-based service can be 100% secure.
8. Limitation of LiabilityOur platform is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
9. TerminationWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ClipCrafter at any time for violations of these Terms or for any lawful reason.
10. ModificationsWe may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance.
